Terms of Service
The terms for using FitCircle's private Circles, challenges, check-ins, photos, and social fitness features.
Effective date: July 14, 2026
By accessing or using FitCircle, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use FitCircle.
If you use FitCircle on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for them.
You must be at least 13 years old to use FitCircle. If the law where you live requires you to be older to consent to digital services, you must meet that age or have valid parent or guardian consent where allowed by law.
FitCircle is not intended for the App Store Kids Category and is not directed to children under 13.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, protecting your login credentials, and for activity under your account.

FitCircle provides social fitness accountability tools. You are responsible for deciding whether a challenge, workout, nutrition goal, wellness goal, or other activity is appropriate for you.
Stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms. Seek medical attention when appropriate.
FitCircle is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or professional health guidance.
Consult a qualified health professional before changing exercise, nutrition, medication, sleep, hydration, or wellness routines, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are injured, or have been advised to limit physical activity.
You are responsible for honor entries, manual adjustments, uploaded photos, comments, chat messages, reactions, check-ins, captions, reports, and other content you submit.
You keep ownership of your content, but you grant FitCircle the limited right to host, store, process, display, moderate, and share it as needed to operate the service and the Circles or challenges you choose to use.
FitCircle lets users create or join private Circles and challenges. Challenge scores, streaks, progress, check-ins, and leaderboards depend on the rules and settings selected for the challenge.
Do not tamper with scores, falsify entries, manipulate device data, scrape private Circle data, or attempt to bypass access controls.
Only upload photos and check-ins you have the right to share. Do not post private, unsafe, sexual, abusive, harassing, or unlawful content.
Photos and check-ins may be visible to members of the relevant Circle or challenge.
You must follow the Community Guidelines. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, share hate speech, upload abusive or sexual content, or pressure people into unsafe fitness behavior.
FitCircle may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when needed for safety, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, policy enforcement, or protection of other users.
FitCircle may rely on third-party platforms such as Apple, app stores, hosting providers, analytics or diagnostics providers, email services, and cloud infrastructure. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and policies.
FitCircle may change, suspend, or discontinue features, beta access, integrations, or availability at any time. We will try to provide reasonable notice when changes materially affect users.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FitCircle and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or other losses related to your use of the service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold FitCircle harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your misuse of FitCircle, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
These terms are intended to operate under applicable U.S. law while preserving any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
