How to request deletion of your FitCircle account and related data.

To protect accounts, we may verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting data. Verification information is used only to process the request.
Deletion may include account details, profile data, Circle membership information, challenge participation data, synced health/activity records, uploaded photos, check-ins, chat/feed content, comments, reactions, and related app data.
Some limited information may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, backups, audit logs, or enforcement of agreements.
Backup copies may take additional time to age out of ordinary backup cycles, but they are not used for active product features after deletion is processed.
We aim to respond to verified privacy and deletion requests within 45 days. If a request is complex or legally requires more time, we may extend the response period by up to 45 additional days and will let you know.
Deleting your account may remove your access to Circles, challenges, messages, photos, points, streaks, and leaderboard history. Content already visible to other members may be removed or de-identified depending on the feature, safety needs, and legal requirements.
