How do I create a Circle?
Open FitCircle, go to My Circles, choose Create Circle, name it, and invite the friends you want in that private group.
How do I create a challenge?
Choose a Circle, start a new challenge, select the goal type, set the rules, and invite Circle members to join.
How do check-ins work?
A challenge may allow activity sync, Honor Entry, or Photo Check-In. The challenge rules explain which check-ins count.
How do I report a problem?
Use the in-app reporting path when available or email support@fitcircle.space with the issue, your account email, screenshots if helpful, and the Circle or challenge involved.
How do I delete my account?
Use Settings -> Account -> Delete Account when available, or contact support from the email address linked to your account.
How do I manage health data?
You can connect or disconnect Apple Health through FitCircle settings where available and manage Health permissions in iOS settings.
How do I exercise privacy rights?
Email support@fitcircle.space with the right you want to exercise, such as access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, appeal, or consent withdrawal. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
